Jeff Tweedy and Wilco are back with a great new album (Sky Blue Sky). Jeff and Wilco are currently on tour in the U.S.
Jeff plays a Breedlove Revival 000-12 Limited Edition Calendar guitar, with Red Spruce and East Indian Rosewood, and it is a stage and studio favorite. It was used frequently during the Sky Blue Sky sessions, and is featured in the track 'Please Be Patient with Me'. Grammy Award winning guitarist Ed Gerhard has been a popular and respected
figure on the guitar scene since his debut album “Night Birds”
was released in 1987. Known for his gorgeous tone and compositional
depth, Gerhard can move a listener with a single note. Scott Alarik
of the Boston Globe said it best when he wrote “Gerhard does not
write instrumentals. He writes songs only a guitar can sing.” Ed’s
music has touched audiences all over the world, from tours of Japan
to festivals in Italy and beyond. Whether he’s playing his own
memorable compositions or his classic arrangements of traditional fare,
Ed’s touch is unmistakable. Gerhard’s releases have all
received praise from critics and fans worldwide, both for the beauty
of the music and for the superb, audiophile-quality sound.
Richard Gilewitz is an uncommon soloist, fingerstyle acoustic guitarist,
composer, and master teacher. Known for his ability to make one guitar
sound like an entire orchestra, he combines both standard and unique
tunings, and a range of musical styles from classical to blues. Richard plays C25 6-strings and J-25 12 string Breedlove acoustic guitars. Radim is an astonishing mandolin virtuoso, composer and
instructor, equally versatile in musical styles such as bluegrass, folk,
flamenco, jazz and classical. He has recorded five solo CDs to date and
has appeared on numerous other projects. The US Mandolin Champion is
at the cutting edge of mandolin's future, performing solo concerts, collaborating
with leading artists of the acoustic music scene, and inventing new playing
techniques such as the finger picked duo-style.

Originally formed in California, the CGT is now spread around the world, in Japan, Utah and Pennsylvania. Bert Lam finds the Breedlove C15 Myrtlewood a great fit. Paul Richards recently commissioned a custom A15 (Auditorium) in Redwood and Ziricote, in a special extra-shallow depth. Hideyo uses his CM Classic Special Edition. All three trio members make extensive use of the Breedlove Synergy System, with which they drive Roland VG modeling processors.
Powerhouse singer-songwriter Lynn Frances Anderson has just released her third CD, Born Lucky. Anderson’s commitment to positive and inspiring songwriting weaves through the recording. She plays two Breedlove guitars - a C10 Striped Ebony guitar and a Custom C12 Myrtle.
Her voice has been described as strong and soulful, and her guitar
work is powerful and articulate.
Dubbed the "acoustic ninja" by his fans, Trace incorporates harmonics, right-hand tapping, slapping, percussive, looping, multiple capos, and lightning fast picking into his playing style. Trace plays a custom Breedlove Grand Concert with Western Red Cedar top and Ziricote back and sides.
Joe Craven is a multi-instrumentalist who is widely respected as a musician, composer and instructor. His partnership with David Grisman for over 18 years speaks for itself. As a session musician, Joe has performed on over 80 recordings featuring artists such as Alison Krause and Bonnie Raitt. David Grisman calls Craven “The world’s best sideman.” Joe plays a Breedlove Revival Tenor, and also collaborated with Breedlove in the design of this instrument.
Often cited as one of the world’s top fingerstylist, steel-string acoustic guitarist, Grammy finalist Alex de Grassi is renowned for his impeccable technique, innovative artistry and compelling compositions. His career has drawn acclaim for his 14 recordings released by
Windham Hill, RCA Novus, Tropo Records, 33rd Street, and other labels, as well as for his
live performances as a soloist within ensemble settings.
Confederate Railroad lead guitarist and solo artist Jimmy Dormire draws inspiration from diverse sources - influences include the Allman Brothers, Tony Rice,
and John McLaughlin. Jimmy's playing is centered around tone
and precision, and he finds exactly what he needs in his Breedlove N25e and C25 acoustics. Jimmy has a new album out called 'Premonition', featuring groove-oriented acoustic and electric guitar instrumentals in the spirit of Duane Allman, Eric
Clapton and Robben Ford.
Ken's Performance on 2005's Grammy-winning Slack Key Guitar, Vol. 2 is gaining him well deserved recognition. Ken plays a all Breedlove Auditorium, Calendar X 2006. This guitar combines Breedlove innovation with Ken's tastes to create a sound and responsiveness perfect for his Hawaiian influenced style.

Accomplished songwriter, award-winning record producer, and a founder of the popular all-women singing group Daughters of God.“(My Breedlove) is a fabulous guitar! Hiatt is a highly skilled guitarist/composer who studied classical composition at the University of Miami. A brilliant fingerstyle guitarist and a master of his style, Hiatt plays in various tunings and uses body percussion in a more compositional sense than one of theatrics. By tapping and slapping, he often sounds like two players having a musical dialogue as he performs different parts simultaneously in real time. Kevin plays a Breedlove C22.
Rock 'n' Roll Hall of Fame inductee Chris Hillman is a journey man sideman, singer, songwriter, acoustic guitar player, and bluegrass mandolin picker. He has been a member of The Byrds, The Flying Burrito Brothers and The Desert Rose Band. He is a living history of popular music. A self-taught composer who co-wrote some of the cornerstone songs of the country-rock repertoire, Chris collaborated with Breedlove on the design of the Revival D Chris Hillman Limited Edition.
A complex singer-songwriter who draws on an
intriguing blend of folk, country, pop and soul - heavy on the portrait,
showcasing Hoekstra's arranging abilities and lyrical skills.
He has released five solo albums to date.
Madonna and her guitarist, Monte Pittman ordered eight Breedlove acoustics for the "Drowned" World Tour. Talented singer/songwriter, consummate showman, and one half of the chart-topping duo Sugarland - that's Kristian Bush. Kristian brings Sugarland's music to audiences live and in the studio using Breedlove guitars and mandolins. Kristian's main stage guitars are a pair of Breedlove Revival OMs (which he has dubbed Batman and Robin, in order to streamline communication with his guitar tech), and he recently added a Koa Revival Dreadnought to the mix. Tim May is a world-class guitar, Dobro, and mandolin player who has performed with Patty Loveless, Charlie Daniels and many more. Tim has been a featured artist and writer for Flatpick Guitar magazine and has regularly judged the National Flatpicking Guitar Championship in Winfield, Kansas. Tim plays Breedlove Revival Dreadnoughts.
